Exchange and Return Policy

At HVAC – Industrial Machines and Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer return and exchange options under the following conditions.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and labels included.

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made, special-order, or clearance items unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

  1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at support@hvacindustrialparts.com and include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect order by customer, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

  1. Refunds

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  1. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue to support@hvacindustrialparts.com.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special-order parts.

  • Electrical or electronic components once installed or used.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
